The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, data-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing vision, supercharge brand growth, and build a lead generation engine that consistently fuels revenue. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, the responsibility to deliver, and the remote flexibility to do it all from your own HQ.

This is not a “brand babysitting” role — it’s a “build it, own it, grow it” role. If you can blend strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves execution style, you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the company’s marketing strategy across digital, print, partnerships, and events.
  • Oversee and execute lead generation campaigns for consulting, equipment sales, and membership programs.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a distributed marketing team (in-house + outsourced).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align marketing with revenue targets.
  • Lead content strategy — white papers, blogs, videos, social media campaigns.
  • Measure performance with KPIs and pivot as needed.
  • Represent the brand at select industry events (some travel required).
Qualifications
  • xx years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP Marketing, etc.).
  • B2B service industry experience — consulting, franchise, or automotive a plus.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, CRM (Keap preferred), analytics, and automation.
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage agency/vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
