Compensation range: $57,000 - $67,000

What Youll Be Doing Besides sowing the Seeds of Operational Brilliance.

  • Manage company credit card and purchasing card programs.
  • Reconcile accounts and assist treasury/AP teams with transaction accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for global finance leadership.
  • Maintain audit-ready records for licensing, insurance, and compliance.
  • Administer Amazon Business accounts and vendor invoices.
  • And so much more. (Because you are basically the backbone with a green thumb for getting things done.)

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • You thrive on detailed work and process improvement.
  • Comfortable juggling compliance, reporting, and cross-departmental tasks.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Must have Advanced knowledge working with Excel.
  • Experience with an ERP system, SAP preferred.
  • Degreed and related experience in Finance, accounting or business administration.
  • Experienced with foreign currency and international travel logistics.

Big pluses

  • Certified Notary Public.
  • Experience with Concur or other travel expense systems.
