Responsibilities

  • The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the practice
  • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to both clients and staff
  • Knowledge of medical insurances and plans
  • Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patients records.
  • Abide by all PPE standards for administrative staff.
  • Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and cleanliness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff
  • Oversee scheduling of appointments and coordination of calendars
  • Handle client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Order and manage office supplies and materials
  • Manage billing in accordance with county and state regulations
