Responsibilities
- The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the practice
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service to both clients and staff
- Knowledge of medical insurances and plans
- Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patients records.
- Abide by all PPE standards for administrative staff.
- Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and cleanliness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff
- Oversee scheduling of appointments and coordination of calendars
- Handle client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Order and manage office supplies and materials
- Manage billing in accordance with county and state regulations
