$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Our client, a leading SF based AI firm, is seeking an Office Operations Manager to build out their NY location. They are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional administrative support, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations for both the executive team and the office. This is a fantastic experience to join a growing firm on the ground floor. The ideal candidate will be able to wear many hats and juggling shifting priorities.
Salary: 120-140k + Equity + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office management tasks including vendor relations, inventory, facilities, etc.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all office operations for a rapidly growing office
- Strategic support to leadership with managing calendars, meeting preparation, following up on action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Act as point of contact for all vendors
Requirements:
- 3+ years in office management, operations, or executive assistant experience
- Proactive problem solver, resourceful, detailed, and motivated
- Tech savvy
- Ability to act autonomously
