Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
  • Organize and maintain files and office documents in an efficient manner
  • Assist with data entry and update databases as required
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
