What You'll Do:
- 4+ years of experience in aerospace or precision machining with expertise in tight-tolerance CNC operations.
- Operate multi-axis CNC lathes (3–5 axis), particularly Puma, Doosan, or comparable machinery.
- Utilize CAM software proficiency, specifically GibbsCAM for milling and Mastercam for lathe programming.
- Demonstrate familiarity with E2 ERP systems; confirm experience during candidate screening if not listed.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints and conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections.
- Maintain precision by working with the tightest tolerances in prototype-heavy, high-mix, low-volume production environments.
