What You’ll Do: Program complex parts for 4th and 5th axis CNC mills and live-tool lathes using Mastercam Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot toolpaths to improve cycle times and part quality Collaborate with machinists and production teams on setups, tooling selection, and process improvements Support new product introductions, prototyping, and production runs in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring: Strong Mastercam programming experience with multi-axis CNC mills and live-tooling lathes Proven ability to write, edit, and optimize programs for 4-axis, 5-axis, and complex turning centers Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, feeds/speeds, and machining best practices Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision manufacturing and continuous improvement
