What You'll Do: 4+ years of experience in aerospace or precision machining with expertise in tight-tolerance CNC operations. Operate multi-axis CNC lathes (3–5 axis), particularly Puma, Doosan, or comparable machinery. Utilize CAM software proficiency, specifically GibbsCAM for milling and Mastercam for lathe programming. Demonstrate familiarity with E2 ERP systems; confirm experience during candidate screening if not listed. Interpret complex engineering blueprints and conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections. Maintain precision by working with the tightest tolerances in prototype-heavy, high-mix, low-volume production environments.

You Bring: A strong understanding of high-spec aerospace machining standards and quality requirements. Experience working within AS9100D and ISO 9001 certified environments. Proficiency in machining, inspection processes, and familiarity with ERP/CAM software systems. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and continuous improvement. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company culture while meeting technical and operational standards.
