We’re hiring a Line Cook who is hard-working, reliable, and ready to be part of a small, collaborative team. This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who’s down to get their hands dirty, jump in wherever needed, and take pride in keeping a clean, efficient kitchen. You’ll be involved in everything from prep and service to deep cleaning and closing down the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep and execute a seasonal, small-plate menu during service
Maintain a clean, organized station and kitchen environment
Participate in deep cleaning and uphold standards
Support the team and help where needed — we’re a tight crew and work together
Qualifications:
1+ year kitchen experience preferred, but we’re open to the right attitude and willingness to learn
Must be punctual, focused, and dependable
Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced setting
Must be comfortable with both service and cleaning tasks
Interest in natural wine and seasonal cooking is a plus
