Responsibilities:
Grill burgers to perfection with consistency and speed
Call out meat counts to assist with flow during service
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Communicate clearly with line cooks and expo to keep service flowing
Own your station—prep, clean, stock,
Help refine systems as we grow and scale (we’re not stopping at one location)
