Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our team in South Bend, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in S-Corp, individual, and corporate tax, with a background in public accounting. This is a fully onsite position requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review S-Corp, individual, and corporate tax returns for a diverse client base
  • Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients in various industries
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff while managing multiple client engagements
  • Collaborate with audit teams to ensure tax and financial reporting alignment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
  • Strong knowledge of S-Corp, individual, and corporate tax regulations
  • CPA preferred; active license or eligibility strongly desired
  • Prior audit experience and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
