Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Tax Manager to oversee critical tax functions including income tax compliance, audits, and indirect taxes. This role plays a key part in ensuring tax accuracy and efficiency within a highly collaborative finance department.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead income tax preparation, compliance, and planning for the consolidated group, including federal and multi-state filings
• Manage sales & use tax and property tax compliance processes, ensuring timely filings and minimization of risk
• Support external and internal tax audits, working directly with auditors and cross-functional teams
• Provide tax insights and analysis to leadership, including C-corp expertise and support for business initiatives
  

Qualifications

• CPA required, with Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 57 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a corporate or large public accounting environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of C-corporation tax issues and multi-state tax compliance
