Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, responsible for purchases, costs, and revenue sales related to all operations at Raising Canes River Center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and review all invoices and purchases for operations, food & beverage
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal controls and purchasing procedures; issue purchase orders to departments
- Manage daily deposits via remote deposit capture system
- Maintain petty cash for the facility
- Perform some balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain AP file retention
- Prepare sales and operational reports as required
- Assist as back-up for other Accountants
- Adhere to SMG policies, GAAP, and cash handling procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Accounting or four years of equivalent experience
- Experience in Food & Beverage environment preferred but not required
Working Conditions
Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical requirements include walking, lifting, and standing.
