Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Project Manager - Electrical (Major Projects Division) in Winnsboro, SC!

Trillium Construction is hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager for a well-established Electrical Contractor supporting their Major Projects Division.

This role will oversee large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. The ideal candidate will bring deep electrical knowledge, leadership ability, and proven experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects.

Key Responsibilities: -Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale electrical construction projects. -Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans. -Oversee project teams including field staff, subcontractors, and vendors. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and contract specifications. -Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. -Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and all project documentation. -Monitor job costs, forecasts, and billing cycles to ensure profitability. -Participate in project meetings, site visits, and quality inspections. -Mentor junior project managers and project engineers as needed.

Qualifications: -7+ years of experience in electrical construction project management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects. -Experience working for or with an Electrical Contractor on multi-million-dollar projects. -Strong knowledge of NEC, building codes, electrical systems, and installation methods. -Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams. -Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project). -Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience). -PMP or similar certification is a plus.
