Position Overview: This strategic leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing mid- to long-term supply chain strategies to optimize key variables including capacity, growth, cost, risk, capability, velocity, and quality. The position manages a team of supply chain professionals and leads initiatives to ensure supply base readiness and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead global supply chain strategy development and execution. Oversee and support Supply Chain Managers responsible for compliance and services. Drive risk identification and mitigation efforts. Lead capacity expansion and cost reduction projects. Champion initiatives for improved inventory turns and supply chain compliance (e.g., country of origin, sustainability). Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align supply chain operations with business needs. Maintain supplier risk measurement systems and high-performing value stream teams. Develop and manage departmental budgets, succession plans, and capital planning. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, or engineering. 15+ years of industry experience, including 7+ years in a managerial role. Proven experience in procurement, planning, sourcing, or engineering. Strong contract negotiation and management skills. Demonstrated success in strategy development, team leadership, and continuous improvement. Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication skills. Strong understanding of planning, manufacturing, and engineering principles. Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in business or supply chain management. Professional certifications (e.g., C.P.M., CPIM, CIRM, CSCP). Lean or Six Sigma experience (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Sponsor). Broad experience across disciplines such as purchasing, logistics, manufacturing, and business management.
