**Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to: **
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, physical structures, and pipe/electrical systems using mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures to ensure production and facility equipment run at maximum efficiency
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance and support plant initiatives focused on downtime reduction and operational optimization
• Document work order completions and maintain a clean and orderly maintenance area
**Candidates for Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered: **
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and mechanical proficiency in one or more areas: electrical, welding/fabrication, utilities, basic PLCs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and complete assigned work orders efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to utilize maintenance systems for documentation
• Must be able to work safely around food allergens and in a food manufacturing environment
