In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding technical solution efforts that form the backbone of our enterprise data governance strategy, including the data risk and control framework and taxonomy. You will spearhead the implementation of the data governance policy and lead a team dedicated to these objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of data governance, data modeling, product ownership, agile methodologies, and technical project management. Your ability to conduct thorough business impact analyses related to technical contributions will be vital in delivering comprehensive solution services that ensure HR data is effectively governed. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, proven expertise in creating complex business models, and a strong history of successfully delivering high-quality technology products in fast-paced environments.
