Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors and deliveries

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
