Litigation Associate Attorney

Atlanta office of our client seeks a litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience for a civil litigation practice, including in the areas of tort defense, business, and commercial litigation. The candidate will work with and support senior attorneys who represent significant clients both regionally and nationally. Be a trusted part of the team responsible for assisting in critical aspects of client representation, from pre-suit through trial. Responsibilities include: Preparing persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs. Performing written discovery and managing case files and deadlines in coordination with team members. Reviewing and managing document production. Reporting on projects and assignments timely and appropriately. Experience in depositions, pre-litigation investigation, hearings, trial support, and law review, specialty journal, or moot court is preferred. GA Bar admission is required. Company info
