Our mission is to build a high-performing portfolio of cash-flowing real estate while delivering exceptional returns for our investors. We are expanding our team and are seeking a highly strategic, financially savvy, and relationship-driven Investor Relations Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of capital raising, client communications, and strategic financial planning. You will lead our investor acquisition efforts, elevate our communications with existing partners, and play a central role in shaping our fundraising and syndication operations.
Role Summary
As Investor Relations Manager, you’ll be responsible for cultivating new investor relationships, maintaining long-term partnerships, and delivering high-quality service across all investor touchpoints. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership, marketing, and capital markets professionals to help scale Elevate’s fundraising capabilities, co-GP/joint venture structures, and investor communications.
This position requires both strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of financial strategy, private equity structures, and investor psychology. You'll also support high-level reporting, financial narrative development, and regulatory compliance to ensure a best-in-class experience for Elevate’s investor community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners.
Build, lead, and mentor additional Investor Relations partners.
Create and optimize sales processes, CRM automation, and capital-raising playbooks.
Guide prospective investors through the lifecycle of a deal—from education to commitment—ensuring clarity and compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to structure investor offerings and syndications for maximum alignment and performance.
Investor Relations & Retention
Serve as the relationship manager for Elevate’s existing investor base.
Proactively manage communications, touchpoints, updates, and capital calls through CRM and investor portals.
Plan and execute regular webinars, meetings, and portfolio briefings to foster transparency and trust.
Monitor investor sentiment and feedback to continuously enhance engagement and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and educational content.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and elevate Elevate’s brand.
Leverage digital marketing strategies, CRM tools, and social media platforms to attract and nurture prospective investors.
Strategic & Financial Communications
Work with team and leadership to develop investor-ready messaging, financial performance updates, and market positioning strategy.
Translate complex real estate and financial data into compelling narratives and visual reports.
Support the preparation of fundraising materials, private offering documents, presentations, and investor Q&A collateral.
Analysis, Reporting & Compliance
Track financial performance, market activity, and competitor insights to inform internal strategy and external messaging.
Ensure compliance with all SEC and regulatory guidelines in investor communications.
Maintain accurate records in platforms like SyndicationPro, GoHighLevel, and internal databases.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investor reporting packages in coordination with finance and asset management teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private equity, financial sales, or investment banking.
Proven ability to build trust and close high-value investor relationships.
Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, syndications, and SEC fundraising compliance.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to connect with diverse investor personas.
Preferred:
MBA, CFA, CPA, or FMVA designation.
Experience working with Syndication Pro, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/investor portal tools.
Familiarity with financial modeling and performance analysis in a private equity context.
Previous experience leading or supporting co-GP or joint venture fundraising activities.
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses - OTE $100K to 120K
