What You’ll Do for Us Use knowledge of syndicated sources (e.g., AC Nielsen, Numerator, Luminate, 5840, CCT+, Home Scan) to analyze consumer and volume dynamics, and procedures used to drive increases in volume and brand equity (e.g., marketing programs, commercial activation). Leverage analytics to turn data into insights that lead to action: "What/Why, So what, now what." Apply basic marketing concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, consumer segmentation) in developing marketing plans. Build compelling stories leveraging analytics and insights to influence the system and drive brand action. Collaborate with Operating Unit category team to develop mid-term (2-3 years) growth strategies and annual local brand plans, considering local brand positioning and insights. Partner with other brand managers and Operating Unit teams to find commonalities and develop unified plans and executions. Manage brand and project performance through data analysis, translating KPIs into insights and actions that add value. Oversee program budgets and timelines to ensure flawless execution, meeting all milestones on time and within budget. Lead and commercialize innovations by partnering across NAOU and the system to launch new projects and initiatives. Ensure optimal implementation and amplification of brand programs with consumers and shoppers, in collaboration with bottling partners. Leverage partnerships internally and externally to impact market share and optimize efficiency. Execute robust financial and operational routines with partners. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Strategic Management, or Business. 3+ years of relevant experience in brand management. Experience with Nielsen, IRI, Numerator, Bases, and other quantitative research tools, with a passion for understanding consumer behavior. Knowledge of procedures and media used to increase volume and brand equity. Ability to apply marketing concepts in developing plans. Ability to manage and inspire agency performance. Proficiency in translating analytics into clear stories that drive understanding and action. Focus on consumers and their needs, developing actions that maximize long-term profitability and volume. Knowledge of creative brief development and evaluation of creative concepts. Experience in using research to identify opportunities and develop marketing tactics. Strong strategic marketing and business development experience, with a holistic understanding of business operations. Experience in operations, financial processes, project management, and presenting to stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments is preferred. Deep understanding of customer and/or customer marketing. Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
