The Sparkling Soft Drinks Revenue Growth Management Insights Manger will play a key role in supporting the team's key, strategic projects . The role will primarily support needs for consumer, customer and bottler analysis. This will include developing reports, sharing trends, reviewing performance, and analysis of custom and syndicated data related to a wide range of topics from consumer strategy, pack strategy and financial performance. This role will interface directly with other cross functional teams across the organization, (within the NAOU and Bottler) to ensure effective collaboration, including Commercial Ops, Brand, Franchise, Bottler, Sales, Strategy and Finance
This role will be highly visible and requires knowledge of various consumer/financial/marketplace data sources, with a strong aptitude for continuous learning, strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual) and comfort working in a fast-paced, networked environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in different databases and is a self-starter who isn't afraid to jump in, learn and make an impact
What You'll Do For US:
Partner across the RGM team to integrate existing insights from internal and syndicated sources, informing strategic priorities and developing insights and strategies grounded in consumer and shopper insights
Support specific, strategic initiatives - providing thought-leadership and analytic plans to recommend to the broader system
Support the commercialization of consumer trends, and monthly/quarterly scorecards to inform Commercial teams on key drivers of performance, both financial and consumer
Maintain knowledge library of insights to serve networked community across the NAOU commercial and brand org
Mine existing data from foundational survey platforms (BevMAP, Bev360, CBL, iSHOP, DINE) and syndicated data sources (Nielsen Scantrack, Numerator Insights, Simmons, Kantar U.S. and Canada Monitors, etc)
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in social sciences or business-related fields
3 or more years of experience in marketing research, conducting custom research and/or marketing analytics/business intelligence
Experience in working directly with marketing or sales teams and designing, executing, and analyzing primary & secondary data
Preferred: 5 or more years of experience in custom research working for or with a Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturer
Master's coursework or degree in social sciences or business-related fields is a plus
Functional Skills Communication Skills:
Communicate complex information and implications both verbally and in written presentations, utilizing "storytelling techniques" to communicate a clear, compelling and cohesive story
Marketing Research Knowledge:
Knowledge of custom research methodologies and some industry resources (e.g., Ipsos/Kantar, Nielsen/IRI, Mintel, NPD, Numerator, etc.)
Analytic Skills:
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources
Technical Familiarity:
Learn and effectively use information/business tools and platforms (i.e., CCV, Nielsen Connect, additional primary and third-party insights platforms, MS Office Suite, PowerBI, etc) to obtain and analyze relevant information
Business Consulting Skills:
Identify opportunities and gaps by via understanding of the business and application of quantitative and qualitative industry, consumer, and syndicated insights
Synthesis and storytelling:
Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling
Strategic thinking
: Integrate diverse business insights and connect the dots to develop holistic approaches to understanding people and building upon existing knowledge
Prioritization:
Prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities
Pay Range:$101,000 - $118,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:15 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
