Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of related experience, or Master's degree in a related field and 4 years of HR experience. 4 years of HR-related experience or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
Experience in higher education; experience with Oracle HCM; specific knowledge of relevant laws and regulations at both state and federal levels.

4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree. 6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.
