The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and insurance bad faith law, with a proven track record of success in trial advocacy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional legal research, writing, and courtroom skills who can handle complex cases and advocate effectively for clients. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal guidance and representation in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases. Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis using platforms like Westlaw. Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and ensure seamless case management. Stay up to date on legal precedents, statutes, and emerging trends affecting personal injury and insurance litigation. Qualifications: 10+ years of litigation and trial experience with a strong track record in personal injury and insurance bad faith cases. Expertise in legal research and case strategy development. Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, with the ability to draft persuasive motions and arguments. Courtroom confidence with the ability to litigate effectively in high-stakes cases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to case preparation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of legal representation.
