Maryland, Virginia, or Washington D.C. (Hybrid) Duration:
Long-Term Contract Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Business Process Consultant for a long-term contract. This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration with remote work on high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and develop business and technical strategies. Manage CMDB transformation projects, ensuring compliance with CSDM standards and improving CI data quality. Collaborate with ITSM and ITAM teams to integrate ITOM capabilities and streamline processes. Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance operational visibility and efficiency. Create ITOM KPIs and dashboards to provide insights and support continuous improvement. Requirements Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proven success in CMDB transformation and ITOM data governance. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred. Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. Seniority level
