Job Description And Duties Under the supervision of the Supervising Workers' Compensation Consultant and Manager I, the Workers' Compensation Consultant will perform professional duties in the Uninsured Employers’ Benefits Trust Fund (UEBTF) Program. The role involves settling claims of injured workers from illegally uninsured employers and seeking reimbursement from such employers. Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and Excluded State employees will face a salary reduction of 2% - 4.62% in exchange for hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). This position is located at: 320 West 4th Street, Ste 690 Los Angeles, CA 90013 The work is performed indoors in an air-conditioned office with standard equipment. The position is full-time, permanent, with potential for a hybrid telework schedule for qualified employees. Telework is only available within California. Special Requirements
