Assistant Director of Operations - Rooms

Duties include :
Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Rooms Operations
Assist with the oversight of the Food & Beverage division
Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
Direct and oversee development of employees
Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews
Cover and support in Front Office and Housekeeping Operations as needed
Drive Hotel Metrics and Financial targets
Oversee and support the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage / rooms operations
Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
Implement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfaction
Maintaining Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
Maintain communications with Corporate Staff
Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
The salary range for this position is $76,700 - $115,300

Qualifications :
Prior hotel front office experience required.
Prior leadership experience.
Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
