- Display EPMs must be strong organizers and excellent leaders with multiple teams throughout Apple and external suppliers. The ideal candidate must excel in independent work with minimal direction, contribute to strategy setting, adhere to schedules, and efficiently manage status and issues. This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optical, mechanical, electrical, material science, and manufacturing. - Define project plans and schedules. Drive project execution. - Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities. - Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication. - Strong presentation and communication skills required. - Understand and communicate complex technical issues. - Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and program issues quickly and efficiently. - Lead development budgets and engineering builds. Minimum Qualifications

BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience. Ability to travel internationally up to 10%. Preferred Qualifications

Strong engineering background, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with various cross-functional teams. Capability to drive international suppliers. Experience in consumer/portable products. Experience working with offshore suppliers and manufacturers. Knowledge of optical film and display panel material and process. Experience in hardware design, manufacturing, manufacturing automation equipment, and/or OCA & adhesives in module process. A working understanding of high-volume manufacturing processes. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
