is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Technician
to support daily operations through skilled mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial equipment including presses, conveyors, and furnaces Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs (up to 480V) Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Install, align, and disassemble production equipment Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed Collaborate with production teams on equipment improvements Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards and procedures Provide off-shift support in emergency repair situations, as required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience; metals or heavy manufacturing environment strongly preferred Proficient in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission Basic welding and fabrication skills Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other OSHA safety standards Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions including heights and confined spaces Work Environment:
Industrial manufacturing setting Exposure to high noise levels, heat, and heavy machinery Required use of PPE (steel toe boots, gloves, eye/ear protection, etc.) Benefits:
