Tax Accounting Consultants - Investment Taxes and Domestic Tax Provisions

We are seeking several Senior level Tax Consultants to support tax accounting activities related to investment tax adjustments and domestic tax provisions. This role will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax basis documentation, deferred tax calculations, and book-to-tax adjustments. The ideal candidates will have strong technical tax expertise and experience managing tax provision processes for complex entities and will be experienced in the Life Insurance or Reinsurance industries. What You Will Work On Assist with the preparation, review, and documentation of investment tax adjustments, tax basis, and deferred taxes for assigned entities and investment classes. Perform manager-level review of domestic tax provisions, including book-to-tax adjustments, quarterly analysis, and journal entries. Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax-related financial data and reporting. Collaborate with Tax and Finance teams to support quarterly and annual close processes. Maintain documentation and support audit and compliance requirements related to tax accounting. What You Will Bring

Life Insurance or Reinsurance Industry experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Strong experience in tax accounting, investment tax analysis, and domestic tax provision review. Familiarity with book-to-tax adjustments, deferred tax calculations, and journal entry preparation. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with tax reporting systems and tools is a plus. What You Can Expect
