Life Insurance Financial Reporting Consultants

We are seeking several Senior level Consultants to support transformation initiatives within financial reporting and close processes across Life Insurance Companies, Subsidiaries Reporting, and Financial Consolidation teams. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting book close activities, and contributing to process improvements and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in financial close cycles, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence.
What You Will Work On
Lead and support financial close and reporting processes across life insurance entities, subsidiaries, and consolidated financials.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data during monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
Contribute to the development and documentation of standardized reporting processes and controls.
Analyze financial results and provide insights to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Support testing, data validation, and reconciliation efforts during system implementations or upgrades.
What You Will Bring
Must have experience with Life insurance or Reinsurance industry Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. Strong experience in financial reporting, close processes, and accounting operations. Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is desirable. What You Can Expect
