The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and successful implementation of solutions.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities

Analyze pricing and sales data from industry standards, previous sales trends, and competitors; report data to decision-makers. Create and maintain sales reports.

Participate in proposal pricing by developing strategies, analyzing cost data, and preparing price submissions. Communicate pricing strategies to sales and divisional leadership.

Identify necessary data and reporting tools for business, financial, and data analysis. Develop reports for product managers, sales, and customers. Communicate analysis results, providing insights into trends or unusual performance.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Inventory Management, Finance) to provide analysis and reporting as needed.

Develop and implement standard reporting for routine business reports and create ad hoc reports based on business needs.

Analyze financial data related to organizational expenses and seek ways to improve budget and forecast accuracy.

Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in analysis and reporting; communicate issues to relevant personnel.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years of related experience or a combination of experience and education.

Skills:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions, charts, Pivot Tables, nested formulas). Ability to prioritize, organize, track details, and meet deadlines across multiple projects. Experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions for improvement.

Preferred Job Requirements

Experience with SAP, SQL, Tableau, DART, Nquire, SOUL, CRM, PIR, and Costing systems.

Knowledge of Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, including familiarity with their tools and systems.

Additional Information The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $99,320 annually, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role is bonus/incentive eligible.
