This position is a night shift role, working from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The ideal candidate must have recent experience using Epic and will be required to wear navy blue scrubs during their shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes in status.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Qualifications: - Epic experience required. - National Certification Corporation or Intermediate AWHONN certification is mandatory, with proof of certification required at the time of submission. - Must be certified within the past 3 years (Proof of class registration for AWHONN certification is acceptable at time of submission).- Local candidates only (specific counties are ineligible).- Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.- Valid nursing license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain. Work Environment: - Position may require floating to other units as needed.- The facility has a robust structure, including various patient care areas.- Staffing flexibility may be necessary depending on unit requirements.
