The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience with a focus on trauma, surgical, and neurological patients. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Requirements: - Epic Experience Required: Demonstrated proficiency in using the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system is essential for managing patient data efficiently.- Navy Blue Scrubs: Candidates must adhere to the dress code by wearing navy blue scrubs.- Competency Testing: A competency test will be administered within 24 hours of submission. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive ICU experience, specifically with: - Trauma patients - Surgical patients - Neurological patients Position Details: - Number of Positions Available: 1- Guaranteed Hours: Standard hours applicable as per contract.- Need for Floating: Candidates must be willing to float to other units as required.- Facility Size: Specific details about the number of beds and other pertinent information will be provided upon inquiry. Interview Process: - Collaboration with key personnel will be part of the selection process. Work Schedule: - Consistently scheduled shifts of 12.5 hours from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
