This position requires a strong background in clinical nursing, specifically with experience in Epic or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems. As an integral part of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care while working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.- Utilize Epic EMR for effective documentation and patient management.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.- Adhere to all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: - Current RN license in the state of practice (pending state licensure will be considered).- Epic experience is required for this position.- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule: - This position is a night shift role, requiring flexibility to float to other units as needed.- Guaranteed hours with a contract span of 91 weeks. Scrubs/Dress Code: - Navy blue scrubs are required for this position.
