Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Service a book of personal lines business, including policy renewals, endorsements, and new placements.
  • Market and place both new and renewal business with appropriate carriers.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling to existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, prospects, and multiple insurance carriers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in secure systems.

Account Manager Job Requirements:

  • Current Property & Casualty insurance license required.
  • Strong team player with empathy, persuasion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, be coachable, and take initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

Account Manager Job Benefits:
