Head Of Front Office Compensation
Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking a Head of Front Office Compensation to lead the design, execution, and governance of compensation strategies for their front office population. This is a high-visibility role reporting into senior leadership and partnering closely with business heads and HR leaders to ensure competitive, compliant, and performance-driven pay programs. 4 days a week in Midtown, Manhattan. $200k-$250k base + bonus and great benefits. Lead compensation strategy, design, and administration for the front office population, including base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs. Partner with senior executives, HRBPs, and business leadership to provide strategic guidance on compensation decisions aligned to business goals and market competitiveness. Oversee year-end compensation review processes, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Provide market intelligence through benchmarking, salary surveys, and competitive analyses to inform pay structures and recommendations. Manage governance, compliance, and risk controls around compensation programs. Lead a small team of compensation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with significant experience leading programs for a front office population in financial services (investment banking, sales & trading, asset management, or similar). Proven track record of advising senior leaders and influencing compensation strategy at an enterprise level. Strong analytical skills with expertise in market data, modeling, and complex compensation structures. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements impacting front office pay.
