Design, deliver, and manage learning programs aligned with business objectives across multiple locations in the Americas. Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and craft targeted development strategies. Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and managing external vendors. Lead initiatives for leadership and management development, creating engaging and impactful content. Coordinate and implement talent management frameworks, partnering with HRBPs on succession planning and development programs. Facilitate team engagement, well-being initiatives, and support change management efforts. Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure learning strategies are consistent and leverage best practices. Support DE&I initiatives as an advisory team member, contributing to an inclusive workplace culture. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management, ideally within financial services. Proven track record designing and facilitating training programs, with strong presentation skills. Experience managing external vendors and coordinating cross-functional projects. Familiarity with wellness and engagement initiatives is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with AI tools is a plus. What's On Offer
