We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with proven QuickBooks experience to support our finance operations in a dynamic staffing and recruiting environment. This is a contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position after 36 months based on performance and business needs. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and billing processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. What You'll Do
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll entries Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and contractor payments Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits as needed Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial workflows What You'll Bring
At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Experience in staffing, recruiting, or contingent workforce environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments Familiar with ADP RUN, Employee Navigator, and VMS Systems Comfort working in a hybrid setup with one day onsite weekly Why Join Us?
