In this role you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will: Develop and document CNC turning and milling process plans. Interpret CAD/CAM drawings for accurate design and dimensioning. Create setup instructions, tooling, and fixture requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality. Maintain process documentation in the MRP/ERP system. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Provide hands-on shop floor process support. A successful Manufacturing Engineer - Process Planning should have: Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred 5+ years CNC turning and milling experience Knowledge of CAD/CAM and dimensioning standards MRP/ERP experience preferred Strong problem solving and communication skills Able to work independently and on the shop floor What's on Offer
