Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the General Manager, in this role you will:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts to tight tolerances
  • Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs
  • Perform in process inspections using gauges, indicators, and CMM equipment
  • Complete post-machining tasks such as deburring, polishing, and chamfering
  • Accurately record production data and measurements in ERP and quality systems
  • Assist with tool changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Participate in inventory counts and occasional special projects or tasks

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and basic programming
  • Proficient with inspection tools, including CMMs
  • Comfortable with CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM preferred)
  • Hands on, detail oriented, and quality driven
  • Familiar with ERP systems and computer basics
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliance)
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • No degree required, experience matters most
