The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills What You Will Do: Conduct virtual Ariba training sessions to individuals and groups Develop training materials and resources for Ariba users Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and surveys Make necessary changes to improve training program and materials Monitor and evaluate user proficiency post-training to provide additional support as needed Be a point of escalation to resolve roadblocks What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Ariba Trainer or similar role Strong knowledge of Ariba Strong instructional and presentation skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in developing training materials and user guides Excellent communication and ability to effectively collaborate and interact with employees Relevant certifications in Ariba a plus Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within United States Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.
