The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Work Experience What You Will Do: Work across various aerospace programs in the planning, execution, and tracking of changes, introductions and initiatives Create and manage weekly supply chain manufacturing status and data packages with key industrial updates including deliveries, commitments, stock coverage, coverage gaps, etc. Create and manage generation of supplier statuses and commitment reporting Create and manage weekly supplier commitment risk analysis on key critical parts and quality issues Perform monthly updates to critical part Program Review presentation Create and manage monthly report on critical part Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including demand, receipts, commitments, stock levels, and trends Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in science preferred but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered. Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Project Knowledge of ERP, MRP and PLM systems such as SAP & Teamcenter 5-8 years of experience within Industrial Management, Production Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 /hr. Work Requirements: We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and to align with company policies. This position is located within Windsor, CT and is considered hybrid with occasional customer on-site meetings as required. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
