4pm About the role: Responsibilities that include data analysis and identification of process improvement. The role will span all operations on site and will give the successful candidate a very good understanding of all aspects of the operation. Projects will incorporate lean manufacturing, theory of constraints, quick response manufacturing, Just-In-Time, Methods-Time Measurement, or a variety of other systems improvement philosophies Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. VISA: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the analyzing, designing, and implementation of manufacturing and business process improvement, resulting in increased capacity, reduce lead-time, reduction in the work-in-process, improve fill-rates, and improve process flow and efficiency. Assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of effective metrics with internal customers or suppliers to ensure unbridled supply is achieved. Participates in multiple facets groups across the organization including manufacturing, design, supplier development, and documentation. Create strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure project success Makes recommendations to design teams, which drive higher yielding, lower cost, more manufacturable products. Responsible for the final Process Monitor Release for products prior to distribution. Required qualifications: 3 Years with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships Preferred qualifications: Must have 2 years of experience with SAP, SAP Warehouse Management or Similar ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required Experience with Tableau and Power BI report generation is a plus Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
