Temporary Role For Six Months Covering A Leave Of Absence
Must be proficient with sum and average formulas on Excel and will have to pass a words per minute (45WPM) test prior to interview! This position is responsible for processing all work order, inventory support and purchase orders. Secondary position to provide billing/clerical support when needed. Demonstrate integrity, heritage, fairness, quality, and community service in the performance of one's functions and responsibilities to ensure that the department goals are achieved. Essential Functions: Input work orders in Vehicle Tracker software. Update and help keep inventory up to date. Check in parts deliveries. Count inventory during off hours and could include travel to other terminals for counting. Help with transitions to new procedures and software. Accounting duties as assigned. Sorting and scanning documents Provide back-up for accounting jobs as assigned. Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Use all safety equipment necessary. Report any unsafe acts or conditions. Performance Standards: Handles all mail, correspondence, phone calls and transactions in an efficient and friendly manner. Achieves a customer focus by delivering high quality, cost effective service. Effectively participates as part of the team, assisting where appropriate and requesting assistance when needed. Report any unsafe acts or conditions. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00/hr.
