This leader is responsible for strategic development and program operational support for Retail Go-to Market Activities. You will work with the GTM Strategy team on the planning, execution, and evaluation of product launches. You will be responsible for gathering all GTM KPIs and activities to achieve them, serving as the single point of truth in gathering and distributing key information. Additionally, ensure critical stakeholder management, project planning, including milestone management, and risk and issue management. Reports to the Director, GTM Strategy & Planning, based at our Plano, TX office. Position Objective: Be a strategic partner to assist in shaping and driving the GTM strategy for launches, including goal setting and measurement, and identification of gaps and opportunities to focus Gathering and distribution of all Retail GTM information as a single point of truth Ensure the successful implementation of program strategy, objectives, targets, and deliverables Adopt changes to address changing market conditions and evolving business Strong work closely with product and retail leadership, as well as Suwon, on project deliverables Establish frameworks and standards for Program and Project Management Manage and/or compile program-related financial and KPI information Ensure cross-program dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained Define and embed project control and governance Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Financial Management, and Change Management across the project portfolio Data interpretation (assessing key change drivers) Preparing C-level slides, communicating findings in a succinct and visual manner Communicate regularly and closely with HQ, Head of Departments, and Business Managers regarding information related to products as required to ensure effective and timely support Works closely with Retail, Product, and Marketing functions to ensure division strategy and plans are effectively implemented and reviewed Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Product, Online, Sales, or Marketing Management experience Proven ability to successfully bring products to market and provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to GTM Strategy Ability to communicate effectively and craft compelling narratives to influence business and tactical stakeholders across all levels of the organization Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to operate in ambiguity and establish frameworks that apply to emerging business problems Strong organization and execution skills, including the ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to results Experience with a top retailer or consumer electronics strongly preferred Will need to be results-oriented, seek empowerment, inquisitive, and possess versatile communication styles Ability to influence, lead, motivate, and direct the activities of cross-functional resources and support groups to attain objectives, establish project schedules, and execute within a specified timeline Desired Characteristics: Constantly curious, leading by example to ensure research, insights, and data analytics drive our understanding of the customer and their needs A passionate customer advocate Demonstrated experience in presentations, storytelling, and sound bites Self-starter, high level of energy, motivation, and ability to work independently, mobilize teams into action, and manage multiple projects with demanding platforms Leadership presence.
