independent, polished casual, or corporate dining Energetic, outgoing personality with knowledge of current music and social trends Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead under pressure Restaurant Manager Preferred Skills: Experience managing both FOH & BOH operations Ability to manage a 50/50 food-to-bar concept Knowledge of scheduling, P&L reporting, and compliance standards Familiarity with modern POS and back-office management tools Ready to lead a team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience?
