IT Material Life Cycle Lead

Cimarron is seeking an IT Material Life Cycle Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at either Schriever Space Force Base in the Colorado Springs, CO area or the Redstone Arsenal in the Huntsville, AL area. Key Duties

Oversee material planning from proposal through execution, utilization, and decommissioning. Analyze and report on multiple non-labor control accounts using earned value metrics, including managing budgets (BCWS), tracking actuals (ACWP), earning performance for received material (BCWP), updating forecasts (ETCs), and evaluating cost (CV), schedule (SV), and at-complete (VAC) variances. Ensure materials are procured and delivered on time and within budget. Lead the cradle-to-grave approval process for renewals and procurements across multiple task orders through the formal Exhibit process. Track current and future renewals for usage, quantities, delivery schedules, cost avoidance, and duplicate applications. Collaborate across departments to ensure timely approval and execution of all procurements across IRES IT Task Orders. Required Skills, Experience, and Education

Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use. Active Secret Clearance (or higher). 5 or more years of experience in IT Asset Management, Procurement, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing vendor support agreements, including procurement, renewals, and performance monitoring. Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices. Experience performing Control Account Management (CAM) duties, including budget and schedule tracking. Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs). Proficiency with hardware asset management databases (CMDB) and generating related reports. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with government customers or within a defense contracting environment. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. Desired Skills, Experience, and Education

PMP Certification. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience negotiating complex vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). Master's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Business Profile
