Implementation Change Manager
Cimarron is seeking an Implementation Change Manager to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO. Key Duties: Support C2BMC Labs and Warfighter Support (CLAW) on the IRES contract at Schriever Space Force Base. Coordinate personnel, resources, and technical requirements with the IPT Lead, Systems Engineer, and customer. Oversee the installation, upgrades, and maintenance of technology and IT infrastructure. Lead and participate in review boards, manage technical data, and ensure accurate reporting. Monitor quality assurance metrics, escalate issues, and support corrective action plans. Communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and brief senior customers and management. Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at the time. This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. Solid functional knowledge of the role and IT enterprise processes. 2.5 or more years of IT-related experience. Demonstrated ability to interpret networking design, facility power design drawings, and IT infrastructure solutions. Proven understanding of performance planning, implementation, de-confliction, and management of IT and infrastructure projects. Ability to plan and manage complex resources within defined constraints. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio. Desired Skills, Experience, and Education: Demonstrated understanding of the project management lifecycle and related processes. Knowledge of traditional systems engineering practices, including requirements derivation and use of requirements traceability matrices. Familiarity with IT concepts and supporting infrastructure (e.g., communication networks, computer and networking hardware, cable installations). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Project. Experience successfully working with IRES change processes, including CRQs. Understanding of Remedy, Bentley, and Planet systems. Knowledge of Missile Defense, DoD communications systems, and MDIOC operations. Degree in an IT or Engineering-related discipline. Proven record of proactively achieving organizational goals and objectives.
