Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist who will primarily focus on recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating training schedules. Collaborating with our engineering team will be essential, as many roles are within this space. This role will also serve as a backup to payroll and involve basic employee relations and reporting tasks. Responsibilities
Recruitment: Recruit, screen, and interview both internal and external candidates. Support time-to-fill KPIs by proactively sourcing profiles from platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, alongside managing applications received through our recruitment tool. Training: Assist in deploying the site training plan, including coordination of internal and external training providers. Responsibilities include organizing attendance sheets, storing them securely in employee folders, and reporting on training hours and budget. Payroll/Benefits: Collaborate with HR Generalist II to process payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations for the site. Onboarding: Conduct a full-cycle onboarding process, including managing I-9s, export documents, bckgd checks, new hire packets, and conducting employee check-ins. HRIS/Reporting: Compile statistical reports for department, corporate, and regulatory agencies. Support and perform timekeeping system tasks, HRIS (ADP/Seila) operations, and generate various reports at local, divisional, and global levels. Employee Relations: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting. Advise employees and management on interpreting personnel policies, programs, and procedures. Essential Skills
Experience in human resources, recruitment, and onboarding. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources is preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a Generalist if holding a Bachelor's Degree. Previous experience with payroll is advantageous. Proficiency in running reports and utilizing Excel is ideal. Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position requires working in the office from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
